With generations of expertise and a meticulous approach to cattle raising, the farm produces Wagyu of exceptional quality and consistency. We work closely with Mr. Arima to hand-select cattle that meet our exact requirements, while bespoke selections can also be arranged for customers seeking specific characteristics, including trademarked A4 Kurage Hime Wagyu — a highly regarded untired heifer Wagyu known for its refined flavour and elegant eating experience.
